Changes to menu structure

The Manufacturers list of old was long and unwieldy to navigate, so complete overhaul was on the cards.
Now featuring 3 different modes of browsing the list, with the view we used to in the menu being replaced with a Tree View.
The Treeview will allow you to see an overall picture of all the Manufacturers, along with their subsequent pages.
