Sears, Roebuck.
Founded in 1893, Sears Roebuck & Co. was, next to Singer, one of the most important suppliers of sewing machines in North America from the 1890s through 1950s.
Since the 1890s there had been a fad with large retailers and mail order houses to sell "own brand" sewing machines and woodworking machines.

Found this picture from one of their catalogues very nice.
To do this they entered into contracts with established manufacturers who would supply standard models but with the name of choice substituted for the normal brand name.
Boss Sickle Grinder.
