Eagle lathe by Baldwin.
It looks like a Eagle # 4 back geared lathe Circa 1875~1880, it is in Kennith Copes book.
This is a nice old lathe with a " Fleur the Lis" and a Acorm cast in each leg.
The finish is in blue and maybe the original colour.
