Boley and Leinen
Boley and Leinen prcision lathe.
These high precision lathes are world renowend for high quality and very accurate work.
The mandrel is steel, hardened and ground and runs in hardened and ground tapered steel bearings, adjustable for end play and provide with ball-thrust bearing.
The compound slide rest has collars on the feed-screw spindles graduated to 1/1000 in.
The spindles are totaly enclosed to prevent the intrusion of dust and swart.
Several models are availible from 2 3/8-in. centres to 5 1/8-in. centres, together with numerous attachments and accessories.
