The machine , while it is excellently adapted for young beginners, is also capable of turning out first class work.
Dimensions for the machine, High 30 inch, width 18 inch, diameter of balance wheel 12 inch and weight is 7 pounds.
The scroll-saw will cut 1 1/2 inch thick and swings 20 inch in the clear, stroke 1 1/2 inch, all types of blades can be used, the tilting table is ground and polished.
The lathe will turn 10 inches long with a 4 inch diameter.

The "Prize Demas" Scroll-saw lathe.
Has the following dimensions, from floor to top of lathe bed 27 1/2 inch, to top of saw table 32 inch, lathe bed 24 inch long and can turn 16 inch between centres, diameter of balancing wheel is 14 inch and the weight is 11 pounds.
Stroke of the crank is 4 inch, size of lathe spindle is 7/16 inch, short rest is 4 inch and the long rest 12 inch.
Stroke of the scroll-saw 13/4 inch and will cut up to 1 1/2 inch with a swing of 20 inch, the scroll table is also ground and polished as are the ways to the lathe bed.
